Anywhere you go in Denmark, the sea is never more than 52 kilometers away. Besides exploring the sea with recreational activities, such as kayaking, swimming and diving, I have most recently been able to see the underwater world through a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) on Oceana’s Baltic Sea expedition. For a biologist like me, it’s incredible to see the benthic fauna in their natural environment! I am just so happy to help protecting the sea through the work for Oceana.
