Risk Maps for fisheries management approved for 2011 by the EU: Maps
In order to draft the risk maps, for each species and area, a comparison was made between the Total Allowable Catch (TAC) approved by the main European regulations in the North East Atlantic scope , and the recommendations made by the Council for the Exploration of the Seas (ICES) concerning maximum sustainable yield (MSY) and the precautionary approach (PA)
