Prior to joining Oceana, Will was completing his Master’s Degree at the Duke University Marine Lab in Beaufort, NC. During that time, he worked with the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Conservation Research Department to analyze the varying trans-Pacific migratory proportions of Pacific bluefin tuna, forming the foundation of his thesis. For his undergraduate degree, he double-majored in Marine Science and Biology, with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Miami. He enjoys hiking, camping, and hanging out at the beach. Will is originally from Pinehurst, NC.
