Oceana’s Office of the CEO is looking for an Executive Assistant. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is interested in both management and ocean conservation.
The Executive Assistant is a person who thrives in fast-paced environments with rapidly changing needs, is comfortable multi-tasking and handling highly confidential matters with tact and discretion while maintaining a collaborative alliance with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be willing to accept a varied and demanding workload, long hours and hard deadlines. This is a full-time position based in Washington, DC. This position reports to the Manager of the Office of the CEO. A Bachelor’s degree, and 3 years of relevant experience is required.
