Position Summary
The Multimedia Communication Analyst will work cross-functionally within the communication team, producing online and offline audiovisual and interactive materials aligned with Oceana’s guidelines and visual identity. This role contributes to strengthening Oceana’s institutional image and ensuring the success of its campaigns. Additional responsibilities include institutional communication, support for strategic communication planning, audience engagement initiatives, and performance analyses.
Academic and Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Production, Audiovisual Production, or related fields.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, After Effects, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
- Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience in managing and producing content for social media platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including creating campaigns for various platforms.
- Expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Portfolio showcasing skills in online and offline visual communication
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create graphic and audiovisual materials, including assets for social media, email marketing, videos, GIFs, brochures, banners, posters, guides, infographics, presentations, and scientific publications.
- Design visual projects for communication actions and campaigns, including concepts, visual identities, logos, and their applications across materials.
- Plan and execute engagement actions and strategies for campaign target audiences.
- Produce institutional and campaign videos for various platforms, from scripting to editing.
- Support the creation of content for radio and podcasts.
