Janice holds a master’s degree in development finance from the University of Ghana Business School and has over fifteen years of experience across audit, finance, and operational functions within both the private sector and international development organizations.

Her work reflects a strong commitment to sound financial management, accountability, and strategic support for mission-driven initiatives. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Janice enjoys singing and cooking, and takes great pleasure in attending theatre productions and live music concerts. Long walks along the beach are a lifelong passion, shaped by growing up less than seven kilometers from the Atlantic Ocean. These personal interests speak to her deep appreciation for creativity, culture, and the simple joys that enrich everyday life.
