Jimmy joined Oceana as Senior HR Associate in March 2026.

He brings experience in human resources across the tech industry and federal contracting and has supported nonprofits such as the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants and Human Rights First. He has worked on HR operations, onboarding, and employee programs while helping teams stay organized and improve internal processes. Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys traveling, planning intricate trips, exploring new places, and trying new foods wherever he goes.
