Junilyn comes to Oceana with 25 years of experience working with various local and international non-profit organizations advocating for environmental protection, social justice, peace, and children’s rights.

Her previous engagement as Human Resource Manager for Greenpeace Southeast Asia and Virlanie Foundation Inc., and as the Head of the Organizational Support team at the Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC) has strengthened and honed her skills especially in the areas of human resources management including recruitment and selection, employee relations, policy development, performance management, salary and benefits administration, labor and employment laws.

A Certified Human Resource Professional, Junilyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.
