Treyton joined Oceana as Policy Intern in April 2026.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Yale University. He has previously worked with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, working with scientists throughout the Northeast Fisheries Science Center to identify pressing questions related to offshore wind ecology. He most recently worked at Cassidy & Associates, where he assisted the firm’s energy and environment teams. Originally from Indiana, Treyton is passionate about environmental conservation. He is excited to contribute to Oceana’s mission to protect the world’s oceans while supporting the people that rely on them.
