Emoke Ciorogan joined Oceana as Web Developer in 2018.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Pedagogy and Piano from Transylvania University in Romania and she holds a Web Development degree from Boston University. She comes to Oceana from Connect For Education, with over five years of experience in user interface design, development, testing, debugging and optimization. Her work ranged from public and intranet government websites to highly technical online university courses to personal/small business websites.
