Taylor Mann is a Federal Policy Manager at Oceana in Washington D.C., leading policy work on fisheries and ocean wildlife issues, specifically working to save the North Atlantic right whale and improve fisheries management in the United States.

Taylor’s passion for this work stems from her love of marine species and the interconnected nature of this policy area. In her former roles, Taylor worked on numerous international and domestic policy issues related to wildlife trafficking, coexistence expansion, captive exotic animals, species conservation, and habitat protection.

Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and her Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School with a certificate in Animal Law.
