Lucy joined Oceana in the UK as Finance Officer in June 2024.

Originally from Devon, Lucy has worked within an accountancy practice for the last 4 years, where she completed her AAT qualification with both merits and distinctions. She also won gold for finance at the 2023 WorldSkills UK competition and was nominated for the 2024 Exeter College apprentice of the year.

Lucy is looking forward to broadening her skills and financial knowledge in the sector and working for a charity that she admires, based by the dramatic Cornish coast.  She has travelled widely around the world, always in search for the best beaches, waves, and lifestyle, and hopes to continue this adventure throughout her career.
