Our campaigns focus on getting policy changes in countries that, govern nearly one-quarter of the world’s wild-caught fish, including Belize, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru, the Philippines, the United States, Canada and the 27 countries in the European Union.

Oceana is seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate and Celebrity Partnerships to work as a key member of Oceana’s Development department, reporting to the Director, Global Corporate and Celebrity Partnerships. This person will contribute to Oceana’s mission through the acquisition and stewardship of corporate and celebrity partners who help deliver important financial and promotional support.

The Senior Associate oversees the day-to-day management of partner prospecting and plays an important role in the internal and external management of partnership activities. The position will own account management responsibilities for a sub-set of corporate and celebrity partners, ensuring relationships are strategic, effective, and mutually beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with corporate and/or celebrity partners on a global scale and possesses a track record of securing partnerships that generate revenue and awareness. The candidate will be a proven account manager who has successfully coordinated partnership activities across internal and external groups.

The salary range for this position is $66,000-75,000 annually.

Oceana’s US offices have operated on a hybrid schedule and staff have been required to work from their assigned office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. With agreement between the employee and their supervisor, the employee may work from home Monday and Friday. Please apply by December 31, 2024
