Born in New York and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I developed a deep connection to the water, spending much of my childhood on various beaches and waterways of the Sunshine State.

My love of water has fostered a respect for marine life and a belief in the importance of sustainability and environmental conservation. Like our environmental systems, I believe that all people are connected which lead me to my career in human resources. I have nine years of dedicated HR experience and am a certified HR professional with the Society of Human Resources Management. I am a passionate HR professional who thrives on creating supportive, positive work environments where employees can flourish.
