Ardita joined Oceana as Senior Manager, U.S. HR Business Partner in July 2024.

She brings a wealth of HR knowledge. Prior to joining Oceana, Ardita has worked in an HR Manager & HR Generalist capacity for 10+ years, most recently with the Global FoodBanking Network, the American Bar Association and NDI, a global democracy NGO. Her HR career started in Michigan where she completed the Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and MBA with a concentration in Human Resources. Ardita enjoys working in HR and in particular, connecting and helping people, especially through talent acquisition, training and development, benefits administration, and employee relations. Additionally, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and learning new things.
