Chloe holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Studies and Political Science with a minor in Environmental and Sustainability Studies from Vanderbilt University.

Chloe spent a semester abroad in Sydney, Australia, where she studied marine biology at the Sydney Institute of Marine Science and the University of New South Wales. Around campus, she worked to reduce GHG emissions from VU Campus Dining and founded the University’s first overdose prevention initiative. Born and raised in coastal Northern California, Chloe has a deep respect for the ocean and is committed to preserving it for future generations. She is thrilled to join the Federal Policy team in Washington D.C. and explore the city’s food and music scenes.
