Kelsey comes to Oceana from National Geographic’s legal department and brings an array of contract experience. Currently, she is pursuing her MA in global environmental policy at American University and is nearing the completion of her first year. With AU, she attended COP26 in Glasgow. Kelsey graduated from Oklahoma State University with her BS in environmental policy. While at OSU, her research focused on the impacts of hydraulic fracturing on surrounding agricultural land and bodies of water.
