Liz joined Oceana in April 2024 as a Senior Manager, International Business Partner.

With over 15 years of experience in International HR and Recruitment, Liz has lived and worked across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, bringing a global perspective to her role. Prior to joining Oceana, she worked with International Development and Humanitarian organizations. Her international roles have afforded her the unique opportunity to connect with staff face-to-face, transcending the digital divide of teams calls and remote communication. Liz thrives on the global nature of her work, fostering strong relationships and sharing experiences with colleagues from all corners of the world. In her personal time, Liz enjoys exploring new places, biking around cities, offering plant advice, and indulging in local delicacies—especially sustainably fished ones!
