Isabella grew up outside of Philadelphia in Bucks County, PA. She graduated from the College of Charleston in 2020, with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Psychology.

Prior to joining Oceana, she worked as a Development Associate for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, or AIPAC. She looks forward to gaining human resources experience at Oceana, while working to protect the oceans. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming laps, and reading.
